At LATTAFA EG, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unopened packaging.

Return Process

  We will schedule a courier to pick up the item from your doorstep within 3-5 business days at a time convenient for you.

  Refund Processing

  After receiving the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or provide store credit within 7-10 working days.
